Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

LOCATION:  Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION:  The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the company President and be primarily responsible for covering the front desk.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome all the visitors guide them to appropriate staff

Introduce all the services of the Companies of Holding

Assist all the departments with daily activities Perform other relevant administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, knowledge of Russian and  English languages is a plus
- Basic computer and internet/ e-mail skills;
- Ability to complete the tasks in a timely manner.
